Physical training.
Outdoor Gym is held almost regardless of the weather
Outdoor Gym will not be held outdoors if the temperature is lower than -15. In that case, participants will receive an alternative training program that is carried out on their own.
Customer is responsible for providing appropriate clothing and equipment for the agreed times. Gloves are recommended.
Participants at UteGym train at their own risk, byAgathe takes no responsibility for injuries or accidents during the sessions.
Cancellation of personal 1:1 hours must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.
Absence from group classes does not entitle you to a refund.
In the event of an instructor's illness, byAgathe will strive to find a substitute. If this is not successful, an alternative training program will be distributed for implementation in the group or individually.
Digital content:
An active membership provides access to the membership content library
The content is owned by byAgathe and should not be copied or shared.
Membership is personal and runs until actively terminated by the customer.

Payment
Payment is made upon ordering, and payment is made via card, Vipps or invoice.
Delivery
The service is considered delivered upon purchase of a clip card (unused clips are not refunded), end of semester (outdoor gym) or completion of a course period on digital programs.
Duration, commitment period, termination
The duration of the services is defined on the individual service page. A clip card has a duration of up to 180 days (up to 20 clips) or 365 days (more than 20 clips). Seasonal memberships and monthly subscriptions are valid for the specified period on the product.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled on "my page". Other services are sold without a binding period, only a specified duration.
Buyers can contact the seller at info@byagathe.com for changes to the product purchased. This may be due to illness that prevents the use of a clip card for personal training or participation in group classes. The seller must also be contacted if the physical location for service delivery changes.
Ongoing subscriptions can be terminated without cause after 2 months.
